Our Process

Wondering what it's like to work with us? Discover our step by step process below to see how we can work together to create a space that you love, in a budget you can afford, with a team of designers who genuinely care about creating an easy and stress-free experience.

1. Design Consultation / Showroom Tour

One of our qualified designers will give you a tour of our showroom displays. This will give you a sense of our superior design capabilities as well as a hands-on look at our extensive line of products. We have many samples of cabinetry styles, countertop choices, door styles, and hardware choices to help you visualize the possibilities for your project. We suggest that you bring inspirational images to allow us to understand your design sense while we look though our samples in-house to find something that works for you

3. Design & Layout

After the initial meeting and site measure, your designer will take the design elements discussed and incorporate them into a preliminary conceptual design. During the Design Presentation your designer will present you with a preliminary set of drawings and a rough idea of what the overall project will cost. This provides everyone a platform to start from. The final design, project scope and costs will evolve and be refined over the ensuing meetings between you and your designer.  1-2 initial design proposals with 2D & 3D views will be sent via email.

5. Design Sign-Off

Once all revisions are complete, a final set of design documents complete with specifications will be presented for your final approval. We will encourage you to thoroughly look over this final design submittal (cabinetry, countertop, and hardware selection) before signing off that you are 100% happy and satisfied.  To place your order, a 50% deposit is required.

7. Cabinetry Delivery

Our delivery team will manage the receipt of all your products and materials and will reach out to you to set up a delivery.  Throughout the installation process of your project, your designer is always available to answer any questions that may arise during installation with your contractor, or yourself, to ensure a smooth and professional culmination to your project.

2. In Home Project Measure

We next recommend a site measure where our designer can take a look at your space, get accurate measurements, and ask questions about your home to ensure a seamless fit once your cabinets arrive. Should you choose to provide us with your own dimensions we can skip this step for now & can complete a site measure later in the design process should you prefer.

4. Design Revisions & Quoting

There are numerous decisions to be made during the design process of a new kitchen, bath, laundry room, home office, or media room. These decisions may appear overwhelming and that is why our experienced designers are here to assist you. They will help you sort through the many options of cabinets, countertops, appliances, and hardware choices available to you.  Our designers will work with you to refine and revise your design until it meets all of your aesthetic, functional, and budgetary needs.

6. Order Placed

Upon receipt of signoffs and deposit, your designer will submit all order details to the corresponding vendor(s) over the next 24 hours/business day. Once your order is placed no additional changes or cancellations can be applied. Your designer will also relay all pertinent specifications to your builder or remodeling contractor ensuring timely and accurate project progression.

8. Final Project Walk Through

Welcome to your new kitchen you’ve made it to completion! We like to end our process with one final site visit to do a thorough walk through with our clients to ensure that are completely satisfied with their cabinetry and countertops.  Your designer will be looking for any t quality issues or defects and make sure that they are corrected or replaced as soon as possible.  Our customer satisfaction is our priority.  At the end of this visit your designer will take a few photos of the completed project for their design portfolio and leave you to enjoy your beautiful new space!
